We are very delighted that you have shown interest in MASS-PAC. Data protection is of high priority. The use of this website is possible without any indication of personal data. If processing of personal data becomes necessary, we generally obtain consent from the data subject.

This information is used solely to deliver content correctly, optimise the website, ensure long-term system viability, and provide law enforcement with information necessary in case of a cyber-attack. Anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data.

If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data transmitted is stored solely for the purpose of processing or contacting you. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.

5 — RETENTION & ERASURE

Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as prescribed by applicable law. After expiration of the statutory retention period, data is routinely blocked or erased.

Legal texts provided with reference to DG-Datenschutz and WBS Law. MASS-PAC does not collect any personal data beyond server logs managed by Vercel. Analytics are handled by Umami, which uses no cookies and collects no personal data.
